My first progress photo! This is just a 2 week difference after being stricter with my diet (almost all clean eating) and adding in a half hour of cardio a few days a week along with my strength training 5 days a week (2 days legs, 3 days heavy lifting upper body). I’m 5’10 and 149 lbs. Still so far to go but happy to finally be seeing some progress! Abs really are made in the kitchen :)
I made this circuit for a girl I was going to be training and decided to give it a go myself as my own PM cardio. I didn’t do the jump rope/treadmill and it took me 33min so I’m going to add in the jump rope next time :)!

Just made this! (I didn’t have flax seed though, so I omitted that.) And WOW, SO GOOD! I sprayed some I Can’t Believe it’s Not Butter spray on it and topped with sugar free syrup. It was super easy and definitely takes care of pancake cravings! Definitely going to be a new regular dish for me :)
